Ep 21. True Crush

True Jackson, VP season 1 episode 21 is titled "True Crush." In this episode, True develops a crush on a boy at school named Mikey J. When Lulu finds out, she encourages True to ask him out.

Meanwhile, Ryan and Jimmy want to pitch a new line of clothes to Max Madigan, but they need True's help to design the clothes. True is so distracted by her crush that she has trouble focusing on her work. She ends up accidentally designing shirts with pictures of Mikey J on them instead of the clothes they had planned.

True finally musters up the courage to ask Mikey J out on a date, but when he says he's already seeing someone, she is devastated. She tries to act cool and tells him they can just be friends, but it's clear that she's upset.
