True Jackson, VP is a television series that revolves around the character of True Jackson, played by Keke Palmer. True is a teenage girl who is hired by a fashion company called Mad Style as the vice president of their youth apparel division. True, meanwhile, is still struggling to come up with a concept for the t-shirts. She turns to her grandmother for inspiration, who tells her to think about what she likes and what she stands for. True realizes that her passion for fashion is what motivates her, and she comes up with a unique design for the t-shirts that features a sketch of a model wearing the shirt.
In the end, True manages to save the day by coming up with a successful design for the t-shirts, and Lulu learns the importance of honesty and integrity. The episode ends with True and her friends attending the Justin Starr concert, having finally obtained legitimate tickets.
