Ep 7. Cold Grey Light of Dawn

Sookie recovers from the severe injuries she suffered at Marnie's hand. Eric tries to keep her safe, but Marnie has a powerful ally in the form of Antonia, a Spanish witch who died centuries ago but has been resurrected by Marnie's spell. Antonia is determined to destroy all vampires, and she amasses a large following of humans who are also anti-vampire. Pam is captured by Antonia's followers, and despite Eric's attempts to rescue her, she faces a deadly fate at dawn. Meanwhile, Bill becomes increasingly disturbed by the level of violence and hate being directed towards vampires, and his relationship with Portia is strained as he struggles to come to terms with his own identity. Tara and Holly find themselves caught up in the witchcraft, leading Holly to reconsider her involvement with Marnie. Jessica is forced to turn to Jason for help after she accidentally kills a human while feeding. The stage is set for a climactic showdown between the vampires and the witches, as the cold grey light of dawn approaches.
