Ep 9. Everything is Broken

Sookie is in shock after the recent chain of events, including the attack on her best friend Tara and the disappearance of her vampire boyfriend Bill. She turns to Eric for help, but he seems more concerned with trying to find a way to overthrow the Vampire Queen of Louisiana, Sophie-Anne.

Meanwhile, tensions are running high in Bon Temps as the townsfolk begin to turn on the vampires they once accepted as part of their community. Sam Merlotte tries to keep the peace at Merlotte's bar, but it's becoming increasingly difficult as the anti-vampire sentiment grows stronger.

Jessica, the young vampire who was turned by Bill, is struggling to adjust to her new life as a member of the undead. She turns to Hoyt for comfort, but their relationship is complicated by the fact that he was raised to hate vampires.
