Ep 3. The Social Network

Kate (Malin Akerman) struggles to fit in with other moms from her stepchildren's school and decides to join a popular mommy group called "The Social Network." However, things quickly escalate when Kate becomes too involved in the group and begins to neglect her other responsibilities, including her job and family.

Meanwhile, Diane (Marcia Gay Harden) and Jackie (Michaela Watkins) try to help Bert (Albert Tsai) overcome his fear of telling jokes in front of his class, and Warren (Ryan Lee) is pressured by his girlfriend to show off his athletic abilities.

As Kate becomes more and more consumed by the mommy group, tensions rise at home and her relationship with Pete (Bradley Whitford) is put to the test. When Kate finally realizes the full extent of her neglect, she must work to make things right with her family before it's too late.
