In this mystery series, the police force in a small Icelandic fishing village are in unfamiliar territory when they have the find out the story behind a mutilated body that washes up on shore. The mystery goes well beyond a simple murder, though, as a web of intrigue permeates the entire town. The series was developed for Icelandic television and debuted in the UK on the BBC in 2016.

A man from the Amercian alumininum company is in town to take a look at the constructions up at the power plant but the happenings of recent days could have concequences about the future of the aluminium smelter. The investigation takes a new turn when Thorhildur, Andri's daughter, reveals a secret.

The Police Squad's Viking force is called up on the mountain to help with the chase but the Hammer of Thor are more organized than expected.
