Ep 11. Training Spaces

Trading Spaces is a home makeover show where neighbors swap homes and redecorate a room in each other's home with the help of a professional designer. In season 10 episode 11 named "Training Spaces," two neighbors, Michelle and Avery from the same street in Houston, Texas, participate in the show.

At Avery's house, the team focuses on creating a workout space in his living room. They install mirrors and mount weightlifting equipment on the walls. They create a bar by painting an old countertop with a black matte finish and adding stools. They include punch bags and create a boxing corner in the room, and they add a red sofa and white throw pillows for a pop of color.

As the time comes for the big reveal, both Avery and Michelle are anxious to see the final transformation. At Michelle's house, Avery is surprised by the football theme and impressed by the mural. He compliments the decorations and admires the bookshelves and the antique bench. Michelle loves the new sofa and is excited about the transformation of her living room.
