Three teenage girls from Beverly Hills, Sam, Clover, and Alex lead a double life as international spies. In the first episode of the third season of this animated action-comedy series named "Physics 101 Much?", the girls are attending Malibu Soda Party on the Malibu beach. They are called by Jerry, their boss at WOOHP (World Organization of Human Protection), to investigate a theft at the World Facial Recognition Center (WFRC). The girls quickly leave the party and head towards the center, where they meet the head scientist, Dr. Listick, who shows them the equipment used to detect the thieves. According to the Dr. Listick, the blips coming from the sensors indicate the thieves are in the area close to the center.
The girls split up and start their investigation. On the trail, Clover finds a suspect in the park close to the WFRC center. She tries to catch him, but he escapes, leaving behind only a notebook. The girls and Jerry analyze the notebook and learn it belongs to Otis, one of the students of a physics professor, Dr. Dandy. Otis is known for disrupting the campus discipline and environment among his colleagues. The WOOHP team decides to pay a visit to Dr. Dandy. During the conversation, Dr. Dandy tells them about Otis, who always claims that he has a better idea than the professor and often harasses other students. Clover gets an idea and intends to sign up for Dr. Dandy's class to find out what Otis is up to.
Clover is successful in signing up, and she meets Otis and his friend in the class. Otis constantly makes absurd proposals and claims he can do better than Dr. Dandy. Later in the evening, Clover follows Otis to the labs, where she sees him and his buddies using high-tech equipment. Through a window, Clover takes a picture of Otis, who is standing under a device flashing light. Later in WOOHP, Jerry and his assistants analyze the photo and discover that Otis was standing under the plasma-warp bridge, a sophisticated physics invention capable of teleporting any object over long distances instantly. It matches the device used in the WFRC theft.
The girls and Jerry think that Otis is involved in the theft. They decide to catch Otis in action. Alex and Sam join Clover in the class. During the class, Otis coughs out a prepared formula aimed at Dr. Dandy's face, distracting everyone in the class. Otis uses this opportunity to steal the plasma-warp bridge and run out of the class. The girls follow Otis, but they lose him while jumping over a building.
The girls return to the WOOHP center, where they realize the device that Otis stole only works with a special battery, which they have. The girls decide that they will go undercover and attend the big unveiling of the skyscraper built on the campus, which is conveniently located next to a huge physics laboratory. They use the battery to power the plasma-warp bridge and wait for the thieves. Just before the grand opening, the girls notice that Otis and his friends are inside one of the laboratories.
The girls use the device to teleport them inside the laboratories, where Otis and his friends escape into the stairwells lock the doors behind them. The girls locate them and use a unique gadget to flip the floor, turning it vertical and cutting off the villains' escape route. The team confronts Otis and his friends, who are attempting to steal the lab's primary invention, a zero-gravity device capable of paralyzing the planet's gravity.
In the end, the girls retrieve the zero-gravity device and return it to the lab. Otis and his friends are caught and sent to prison. The girls return to their campus and attend their physics class and chat with Dr. Dandy, who praises them for their detective skills. The girls respond by joking and say that they have to prepare for their final exams in physics. The episode ends with the girls walking towards the sunset on the campus.
