While on a mission to investigate a series of hair-related robberies, the girls stumble upon a mysterious hair salon where its charismatic owner, an internationally renowned hairstylist, offers makeovers to the high-profile clients and uses her high-tech beauty equipment to drain their brainwaves for her evil scheme. Amidst the perilous hair-raising machines and the salon's robotic hairstylists, Clover inadvertently becomes the next victim of the brainwashing device, leaving the girls to devise a plan on how to break its hold on her and stop the villainous hairstylist's big plan in the nick of time.
