Ep 27. All Up in Your Drill

In Total Dramarama season 1 episode 27, titled "All Up in Your Drill," the kids at the daycare are tasked with building their own forts using household items. While they work on their projects, Chef tells them the story of his glory days as a drill sergeant in the army. When the kids start using real tools and accidentally break a gas line, Chef goes into drill sergeant mode to try and fix the problem before disaster strikes.

As the kids continue to work on their forts, they start to get competitive with each other. Duncan creates a treehouse that he claims is impenetrable, while Leshawna makes a fort out of pillows and blankets that she says is the most comfortable. Meanwhile, Owen works on a massive structure made out of cardboard boxes that he thinks will impress everyone.

As Chef tells his story, the kids start to ignore his warnings about safety and begin using power tools. This leads to a few mishaps and close calls, but the kids are determined to finish their forts. When one of them accidentally hits a gas line, everyone is evacuated from the building. Chef takes charge and tries to fix the problem with help from the kids, but things only get worse.

With time running out, the kids start to panic and argue. Chef tries to get them to work together to fix the gas line, but they refuse to listen. Finally, Owen comes up with an idea to use his massive cardboard fort to cover the gas leak and prevent an explosion. The other kids think it's crazy, but Owen convinces them to help him build it.

In the end, Owen's plan works and the gas leak is contained. The kids are relieved and grateful to Owen for saving the day. Chef commends them for working together and reminds them that safety should always come first. The episode ends with the kids enjoying their newly built forts and Chef sighing in relief that everything turned out okay.
