Ep 21. Lost Stick

Topsy and Tim season 1, episode 21 is entitled "Lost Stick". This episode revolves around Topsy and Tim's search for Tim's special stick that he uses for playing with his friends. Tim is devastated after losing the stick and doesn't know what to do. Topsy suggests that they should retrace their steps to find the stick.

The children start their search in the garden where they were playing with their friends the day before. They comb through every inch of the garden, but unfortunately the stick is nowhere to be found. The next place they check is the park where they had gone later that day. However, they still can't find the stick even after scouring the entire park.

As their search continues, Topsy suggests that they should try asking the other children they had played with if they know the whereabouts of the stick. Tim is hesitant to ask the other children as he thinks they might laugh at him. However, Topsy convinces him to ask, and to their surprise, one of the children says they saw the stick in the garden.

Excited at the prospect of finding the stick, Topsy and Tim go back to the garden and keep searching. After a lot of searching, Topsy finally spots the stick hidden behind a bush. Tim is overjoyed at having found his special stick. Topsy and Tim then take the stick back to their home.

On their way back, they meet an old lady who has lost her cat. Topsy and Tim try to help her search for it but the cat is nowhere to be found. The old lady tells them that she is very worried and that the cat is very dear to her. Topsy and Tim feel bad and resolve to do all they can to help find the cat.

Later that day, they spot the cat in a nearby alley and try to catch it. The cat runs away, but Topsy and Tim refuse to give up. They use their quick thinking and devise a plan to lure the cat out of hiding. Their plan works, and they finally catch the cat and return it to the old lady.

Topsy and Tim are happy to have helped the old lady find her beloved cat. They feel proud of themselves for having found Tim's lost stick and for helping someone in need. The episode ends with Topsy and Tim playing happily with the stick in their garden.
