In this episode of Top Gear, the hosts embark on a series of challenges to test the capabilities of some of the most iconic cars of all time. First up, they head to a drag strip to see which car can go from 0 to 100 and back to 0 the fastest. The contenders include a Lamborghini Gallardo, a Porsche 911 GT3, and a Ferrari F430.
Next, the hosts take on a challenge to see which car handles the best. They hit the track in a Lotus Exige, a BMW Z4M, and a Porsche Cayman S, putting each car through its paces to see which one comes out on top.
The third challenge takes place on a closed course, where the hosts test the top speed of three supercars: the Aston Martin Vanquish, the Pagani Zonda S, and the McLaren SLR. Each car is pushed to its limits to see which one can reach the highest top speed.
Following these challenges, the hosts take a break from speed and competition to focus on the history of the automobile. They take a trip to Italy to visit the Alfa Romeo museum, where they explore the brand's rich history and take a look at some of their most iconic cars.
Finally, in a special segment, the hosts team up with a group of rally drivers to test their skills in off-road racing. They take on a variety of terrains, from dirt and gravel to mud and water, in specially prepared rally cars.
