Ep 3. Orinoco

James believes that Ryan is taking too many risks and endangering national security by pursuing Reyes without proper authorization. Ryan, on the other hand, feels that James is too cautious and unwilling to take decisive action when necessary. Their relationship becomes increasingly strained as the stakes of the mission rise.

As the episode draws to a close, Ryan and Greer finally gain access to Reyes himself and confront him with the evidence of his terrorist plot. What follows is a tense and dramatic confrontation that will have far-reaching consequences for Ryan, Reyes, and the future of U.S.-Venezuelan relations.
