Together, Ryan and Greer quickly realize that the arms shipment is connected to a larger conspiracy involving corrupt government officials and a militant group called the Liberation Army of South America (ELAS). They also discover that the shipment is being transported by a cargo plane that is due to land in Nicaragua.
Ryan and Greer coordinate with Nicaraguan intelligence officer Domingo "El General" Matias (Jordi Molla) to intercept the plane and seize the weapons. However, things quickly go awry when ELAS militants attack the airport where the weapons are being stored.
