Tom and Jerry season 3 episode 26, titled "Of Feline Bondage," follows the usual comedic antics of the popular cat-and-mouse duo. The episode begins with Tom chasing Jerry through the house as usual, but this time Jerry manages to escape by ducking into a nearby closet. However, when Tom tries to follow him inside, he accidentally knocks over a stack of boxes that were stacked precariously in front of the closet door.
The boxes tumble down and cause a huge pile-up, trapping Tom underneath. As Tom struggles to free himself, Jerry takes advantage of the situation and begins to tie Tom up with a piece of rope he finds nearby. Soon, Tom is completely bound and unable to escape as Jerry continues to taunt him from a distance.
Meanwhile, a new character enters the scene- a beautiful white cat named Toots. She immediately catches Tom's eye and he begins to try and impress her with his cool cat moves. Jerry watches on curiously as Tom tries to show off for Toots, but he is soon distracted when he realizes that Tom's rope bindings are starting to come undone.
Jerry takes pleasure in watching Tom continue to struggle as he tries to show off for Toots, but he soon realizes that something is wrong. Toots seems to be more interested in Jerry than she is in Tom, and Jerry starts to feel jealous. Soon, all three characters are vying for Toots' attention, leading to a hilarious cat-and-mouse game of one-upmanship.
Ultimately, all the characters end up in a tangled mess on the floor, with Toots nowhere to be seen. Tom and Jerry continue to fight and chase each other throughout the house, but it is clear that they are both obsessed with winning Toots' affection.
As the episode comes to a close, it is unclear which cat Toots will choose- Tom or Jerry. The two continue to fight over her, but she seems to be more interested in playing with a ball of yarn than she is in either of them. In the end, Tom and Jerry realize that their obsession with Toots was a bit silly and they go back to their usual game of cat-and-mouse.
Overall, "Of Feline Bondage" is a classic episode of Tom and Jerry that is filled with hilarious mishaps, silly misunderstandings, and plenty of laughs. Fans of the show will love watching Tom and Jerry fight over Toots, and the episode is sure to leave viewers in stitches.
