Haruna wants to participate in the school's upcoming cultural festival, but she's not sure what to do. Meanwhile, Rito and the others meet an alien named Oshizu who has crash-landed on Earth. Oshizu is a space entertainer who can create illusions with her mind. She decides to help Haruna come up with an idea for the festival, but things get complicated when Oshizu's powers attract the attention of the school's student council.

As Haruna struggles to come up with a cultural festival idea, Rito and the others stumble upon Oshizu, who has crash-landed on Earth. At first, Oshizu is hesitant to reveal her true identity as an alien, but eventually she opens up to Rito and the others. They learn that Oshizu is a space entertainer who can create illusions with her mind.

Impressed by her abilities, Haruna asks Oshizu to help her come up with an idea for the cultural festival. Oshizu agrees and starts to use her powers to create various illusions that could potentially be used as part of Haruna's performance. However, as they work together, the student council starts to take notice of Oshizu's powers.

The student council, led by Risa and Mio, decide to investigate the source of the strange illusions that have been occurring around the school. They eventually discover that Oshizu is the culprit, and they try to capture her to study her powers further. However, Rito and the others are determined to protect Oshizu and keep her safe from the student council.

In the end, the cultural festival goes off without a hitch, with Haruna and Oshizu's performance being a huge success. The student council is left scratching their heads as to how the illusions were created, and Rito and the others are relieved that Oshizu was able to help Haruna without getting into too much trouble.
