Toon TV is the twelfth episode of season three of Tiny Toon Adventures. In this episode, Buster and Babs Bunny are hosting their very own television show, aptly named Toon TV. They have taken over the airwaves, and are broadcasting a variety of programs, including a cooking show, a nature documentary, and a game show.

The cooking show features Elmyra as the chef, who is demonstrating how to make her favorite dish - mashed potatoes. However, her recipe soon goes awry when she adds in too much butter and proceeds to make a giant mess in the kitchen. The nature documentary follows Plucky Duck, who is attempting to film a close-up of a butterfly. However, his efforts are constantly thwarted by the butterfly, who keeps flying away just as he gets close enough to get a good shot.

The game show, named "What's Your Beef?" features Hamton J. Pig as the host. He is quizzing contestants on their beef with him, but finds that no one actually has any complaints. This leads him to believe that he is perfect, until he realizes that everyone is just too afraid to speak up.

Throughout the course of the show, Buster and Babs continue to interact with their audience, taking calls and answering questions. They also introduce a special guest - their boss and mentor, Bugs Bunny. Bugs offers some words of wisdom to the young toons, reminding them to always stay true to themselves and follow their dreams.

The episode ends with Buster and Babs signing off for the night, as they bid their viewers farewell until their next Toon TV broadcast. Overall, Toon TV is a fun and lighthearted episode of Tiny Toon Adventures, showcasing the creativity and humor of its youthful and spunky characters.
