In the Tiny Toon Adventures season 3 episode 11 titled Washingtoon, the characters take a trip to Washington D.C. to learn more about the government and its inner workings. Upon arrival, they quickly discover that they are not alone, as they find themselves surrounded by other cartoon characters from other shows.
The group splits up to explore the sights and sounds of Washington D.C., with Buster Bunny and Babs Bunny teaming up to visit the White House. They soon find themselves swept away by the grandeur of the building and its history. As they explore, they encounter a series of challenges, including a sneaky stowaway who attempts to cause trouble.
Meanwhile, Plucky Duck and Hampton J. Pig venture off to explore the Lincoln Memorial. While enjoying the beautiful sights and sounds of the monument, they are interrupted by a mysterious character who attempts to sabotage their visit. With their quick wit and cunning, however, they are able to overcome the obstacle and continue their journey.
Fifi La Fume and Shirley the Loon also embark on their own adventure, visiting the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History. As they explore the exhibits, they discover a mysterious artifact that they believe may hold the key to unlocking the secrets of the museum. With determination and a bit of bravery, they set out to uncover the truth.
Throughout the episode, the characters encounter a variety of other cartoon characters, including their wacky counterparts from rival shows. Despite the chaos and confusion, they are able to work together to overcome the challenges and learn about the government and the city of Washington D.C.
In the end, the characters gain a newfound appreciation for the history and beauty of our nation's capital. They learn that by working together and staying focused, they can accomplish anything they set their minds to. With their adventures behind them, they return to Acme Acres, ready to take on whatever challenges come their way.
