International Rescue is at it again! The entire operation is coordinated by the villainous Black from behind bars in the Crablogger, a 100-foot-long logging machine that serves as a prison transport vehicle. Jeff Tracy sends his sons Alan and Virgil on the mission with Thunderbird 2 to retrieve the stolen plutonium. The young men work together, with Alan and his Thunderbird 3 distracting Black as Virgil and Thunderbird 2 move in to recover the stolen radioactive material. They're not alone, though. Black has a team of engineers and guards ensuring that the heist is as difficult as possible and preventing International Rescue from achieving a successful mission.
