Ep 3. City of Fire

As Lady Penelope gets closer to uncovering the criminals' plans, she realizes that they have a bomb hidden in the bank, and they plan to detonate it after they get away from the robbery. She quickly alerts Jeff and the boys, who come up with a plan to disarm the bomb and stop the criminals before they can escape.

In the end, the International Rescue team succeeds in putting out the fire and stopping the criminals from detonating the bomb. Lady Penelope, with the help of the Tracy brothers, apprehends the criminals, and they are brought to justice.
