Thomas & Friends Classic season 5 episode 5 features two stories titled "Put Upon Percy" and "Toby and the Flood".
In "Put Upon Percy", Percy is feeling put upon as he takes on the jobs that no other engine want to do. He becomes increasingly exhausted and upset at being the engine everyone takes for granted, and decides to try and be like the other engines instead. However, when he fails to perform the job assigned to him, he realizes that being himself is the best thing he can do.
In "Toby and the Flood", Toby discovers that there is a big storm coming and alerts the other engines to prepare for the flood. However, when the storm hits, Toby finds himself caught in the middle of a dangerous situation as he tries to rescue his stranded coach and passengers. Toby proves his courage and resourcefulness in the face of danger, and the other engines learn to appreciate him even more.
Both stories in this episode showcase important themes for young viewers, including the value of being true to oneself, the importance of being prepared for unexpected events, and the courage and kindness needed to help others in times of crisis. With charming animation and lovable characters, this episode is a must-see for any fan of Thomas & Friends Classic.
