Ep 1. A Scarf for Percy / Percy's Promise

Thomas & Friends Classic season 3 episode 1 features two heartwarming tales about the lovable green engine, Percy.

In "A Scarf for Percy," Percy is feeling left out and yearns for a cozy woolen scarf like the one his friend, Toby, has. After being teased by James and Gordon for not having a scarf, Percy confides in Thomas. Together, they come up with a plan to make Percy a scarf of his own, and they enlist the help of a group of friendly sheep. Overcoming some obstacles, including one of the sheep getting her wool stuck in the fence, they successfully make a beautiful green scarf for Percy. In "Percy's Promise", Percy is given the important task of delivering a new whistle to Toby, so he can use it in time for the Knapford Station celebration. Along the way, Percy meets his old friend, the troublesome trucks, who convince him to take a shortcut through the treacherous quarry. Despite his better judgment, Percy agrees and ends up getting stuck in the mud. After enduring some teasing from the trucks for not keeping his promise, Percy's perseverance and determination prevail, and he finally makes it to Toby with the new whistle in time for the celebration.

Both stories showcase Percy's lovable personality and his strong desire to be a loyal friend. The episodes also teach valuable lessons about the importance of being true to your word and the power of persistence and perseverance in the face of challenges.
