As the night wears on, the team faces even more challenges, including a knife-wielding man and a pregnant woman who goes into labor while stuck in traffic.
Throughout the episode, the characters grapple with personal issues as well as their professional duties. Boscorelli struggles with his feelings for Yokas, while Caffey confronts his fear of commitment in his relationship with Kim. Doherty must come to terms with his recent divorce and his feelings for Taylor, who is also struggling with her own personal demons.
