Thicker Than Water is about a preacher named Mr. Tanker and his large family. The Tankers have a very comfortable life because of all they have accomplished. There are many situations on the show that are great to help families address issues children do go through. Their faith is very important to each and every family member.

Mrs. Tanker is having issues with her two other sisters and is finding it very hard to deal with and they begin going to therapy together to try to fix the bond they once had. There are many great lessons learned and trust is beginning to be earned from family members that made mistakes in the past. It is a very inspirational show for all ages which makes it even better.
