The Zimmern List is an American food and travel television series, hosted by Andrew Zimmern. The show follows Zimmern as he travels around the world and explores local cuisine and hidden culinary gems.
In season 1 episode 14, titled "Twin Cities", Zimmern explores the food scene in his hometown of Minneapolis-St. Paul. He kicks off his food tour with a visit to the iconic Juicy Lucy, a burger joint that serves a burger stuffed with cheese. Another highlight of the episode is Zimmern's visit to the acclaimed Spoon and Stable restaurant. Chef Gavin Kaysen creates a special dish for Zimmern, featuring crispy-skinned duck breast with smoked whitefish. Zimmern praises the dish, calling it a "textural masterpiece."
The episode concludes with a visit to the popular Fasika Ethiopian Restaurant, where Zimmern tries traditional Ethiopian dishes like injera and tibs.
