In The Witcher season 2 episode 2 titled "Kaer Morhen," Geralt of Rivia takes his adopted daughter, Ciri, to the fortress of Kaer Morhen in order to train her in the ways of Witchers and protect her from the danger posed by Nilfgaard soldiers. As they arrive at the fortress, Geralt is reunited with his fellow Witchers, Lambert, Eskel, and Vesemir.
The episode proceeds with Ciri getting a tour of the fortress and getting to know her new trainers better. Eskel takes Ciri on a walk around the fortress, showing her the armory, labs, and where various Witchers train. A glimpse into Yennefer's journey is revealed when she embarks on a quest to locate a powerful mage who can save her life. Meanwhile, Nilfgaardian forces are discovered to be closing in on Kaer Morhen, posing a threat to the safety of the fortress and its residents.
The episode ends with a thrilling cliffhanger, leaving fans eagerly anticipating the next installment of The Witcher.
