As the day wears on, tensions continue to mount. Toby and his ex-wife have a heart-to-heart that reminds them both of what they once had. Josh tries to push Donna to make a decision about her future, but she remains undecided. Meanwhile, the President's doctor returns with some scary news that makes everyone nervous about the future.
