Ep 4. Rhys, Daniel, Rory and Richard

The Undateables season 10 episode 4 follows the journey of four individuals looking for love despite facing various obstacles.

Rhys, a 22-year-old Welshman with Down Syndrome, is eager to find love and settle down. He works as a cleaner and is passionate about playing the piano. Rhys is matched with Jess, a 23-year-old woman who also has Down Syndrome. The two hit it off immediately, bonding over their shared love of music. But when Rhys learns that Jess's visa is about to expire and she may have to return to her home country of Australia, he is faced with a difficult choice. Should he pursue a relationship with Jess, knowing that it may only be temporary?

Next, we meet Daniel, a 32-year-old man with Asperger's Syndrome who has struggled with social anxiety his whole life. He dreams of finding a romantic partner, but has never been able to put himself out there. With the help of his support worker, Daniel is matched with Liz, a 28-year-old woman who is also on the autism spectrum. The two connect over their shared experiences and interests, but Daniel struggles with his anxiety when it comes time to meet Liz in person. Will he be able to overcome his fears and make a connection with Liz?

Rory, a 28-year-old man from Ireland, has had trouble finding love due to his Tourette's Syndrome. He often involuntarily makes inappropriate sounds, which has made dating a challenge. However, Rory is determined to not let his Tourette's define him and is matched with Savannah, a 27-year-old woman who is drawn to his sense of humor and personality. The two hit it off and have a great time on their date, but Rory worries that his Tourette's may scare Savannah off.

Finally, we meet Richard, a 34-year-old man with Cerebral Palsy who uses a wheelchair for mobility. He is matched with Emily, a 27-year-old woman who is also disabled. The two bond over their shared experiences and passions, but Richard worries that Emily may not be ready to take on the challenges of dating someone with a disability.

Each individual faces their own unique challenges when it comes to dating, but they are all hopeful that they will find love and happiness. The episode showcases the importance of looking beyond someone's disabilities and focusing on what makes them a unique and special individual.
