Ep 36. The Ultraman: S1 E36 - The Snow-Queen From Outer Space

Hikari and Mutsumi go together with the Far East Zone Weather Observation Team to investigate the cause of an abnormal cold front in the Southern Alps. The two go out in a blizzard to investigate witness reports from villagers of a snow woman with a wolf and they take off on a snowmobile in the direction of the sound of a wolf howling, but they are attacked by Monster Darantulas.
