The Ultimate Fighter season 12 episode 11, titled 'Victory's All That Matters', opens up with the remaining contestants preparing for the quarterfinals. Both teams are evenly matched, which makes it difficult for them to predict who will emerge victorious. However, with only four fighters left, the competition is getting more intense, and the stakes are higher than ever.

The episode begins with Coach Georges St-Pierre training his fighters, reminding them that they have already come a long way and that they need to continue to work hard and stay focused. Meanwhile, Coach Josh Koscheck is doing his best to motivate his team, telling them that they need to believe in themselves and fight like champions.

The first quarter-final match sees Team Koscheck's Michael Johnson taking on Team GSP's Aaron Wilkinson. Johnson is a well-rounded fighter with excellent striking skills, while Wilkinson is known for his strong wrestling background. The fighters are evenly matched in the first round, with both men trading blows and looking for openings. However, in the second round, Johnson starts to pull away, landing several big shots that leave Wilkinson dazed and confused. Despite his best efforts, Wilkinson is unable to recover, and Johnson is declared the winner by TKO.

The second quarterfinal sees Koscheck's Nam Phan taking on GSP's Jonathan Brookins. Phan is a veteran fighter with a wealth of experience, while Brookins is the ultimate underdog, having made it this far despite being one of the last picks in the draft. The fight is a back-and-forth affair, with both men landing some powerful shots. However, in the third round, Brookins starts to pull away, using his grappling skills to take Phan down and gain the upper hand. Despite a late surge from Phan, Brookins is declared the winner by unanimous decision.

In between fights, the coaches are shown strategizing and discussing their game plans. St-Pierre is seen praising Brookins, telling him that he is one of the toughest fighters he has ever worked with. Koscheck, meanwhile, is trying to pump up his team, telling them that they need to finish strong and take home the title.

The third quarterfinal sees Team GSP's Kyle Watson taking on Team Koscheck's Aaron Wilkinson. Watson is a skilled grappler, while Wilkinson is an accomplished striker who has shown excellent takedown defense throughout the competition. The fight is a tense affair, with both men looking for openings and trying to gain control. In the end, though, Watson's grappling proves to be too much for Wilkinson, and he is able to secure a takedown and lock in a submission hold. Wilkinson is forced to tap out, and Watson moves on to the semi-finals.

The final quarterfinal sees Team GSP's Cody McKenzie taking on Team Koscheck's Marc Stevens. McKenzie is known for his unorthodox fighting style and his deadly guillotine choke, while Stevens is a powerful striker with excellent takedown defense. The fight is a wild affair, with McKenzie throwing his trademark punches and kicks and Stevens countering with heavy shots of his own. However, in the second round, McKenzie is able to secure a takedown and lock in his famous guillotine choke, forcing Stevens to tap out and sending McKenzie through to the semi-finals.

As the episode concludes, the fighters are shown celebrating their victories and preparing for the next round of the competition. With only four fighters left, the tension is high and the competition is fierce. Will Team GSP or Team Koscheck come out on top? Only time will tell.
