The Mall Rats travel to meet with the other tribes to trade goods and services and to help ensure peace between gangs, but Bray's promise of a technology to restore the tribes' power may be a bit premature. Tai-San uses her grace to represent the Mall Rats in a dance competition; Lex comes face to face with an old friend; and KC spots Dal, who's on his way to becoming a slave. Meanwhile, back at the mall, Patsy stumbles upon Salene's secret.
