Ep 15. Have an Ice Birthday

However, he is having a hard time because all the ingredients keep freezing due to the snowstorm.

In the end, Max and Phoebe successfully fix the weather and the snowstorm stops. The family goes back to the house where they continue with the birthday celebrations.
