Basara dismisses her warning and decides to use the device to wish for Mio's headaches to go away.
However, the wish has unintended consequences, and Mio's powers start to spiral out of control. Basara and Maria realize that they need to destroy the device before things get worse. In an epic battle, they manage to destroy the device, but not before Mio's powers have caused a lot of destruction.
The episode ends with Basara and Mio realizing the extent of their powers and the responsibility that comes with them. They vow to control their powers and use them for good instead of selfish desires.
