A three year-old Newfoundland needs surgery for his bent front legs. Caroline is paralysed in her arms and legs and requires 24-hour care. Her German Shepherd has a painful degenerative spinal disease that needs fixing. And a long-haired Chihuahua requires a total hip replacement.
