Snoop Doggy Dogg and producer Sean "Puffy" Combs visit the school to talk to Steve's class about the rumored rivlary between East and West Coast rappers. Meanwhile, Regina's parents also visit to renew their wedding vows for their 40th anniversary. - - - As Steve attempts to focus his students on their lessons, they prefer to discuss whether Steve plans to let rapper Sean "Puffy" Combs sample his Hi-Tops song "When the Funk Hits the Fan."
