After narrowly avoiding an assassination attempt, Tony is forced to flee to a small town in New Hampshire with one of his closest associates, Bobby Bacala.
As Tony and Bobby attempt to lay low and avoid the FBI, they find themselves drawn in different directions. Bobby begins to embrace country life and falls for a local woman named Karen, while Tony struggles with the mundanity of small-town living and the guilt of leaving his wife and kids behind.
Meanwhile, back in New Jersey, tensions continue to rise as Tony's nephew Christopher struggles with addiction and resentments within the family begin to surface.
What starts as a temporary escape from the pressures of Tony's world quickly becomes a complex and emotionally charged journey.
