The Smurfs season 1 episode 17 is titled "Storm Loses Her Mojo/Pop Out". The episode revolves around two separate storylines, one featuring Stormy and the other featuring Papa Smurf and Brainy Smurf.
In the first storyline, Stormy, one of the Smurflings, is feeling down and out of sorts. She's lost her mojo, which means she can't control the weather anymore. This isn't just a problem for her, but also for the rest of the village since they rely on her to keep them safe from any incoming storms. The other Smurflings try to help her, but nothing seems to work.
When Papa Smurf and Brainy Smurf hear about Stormy's predicament, they come up with a unique solution. They create a magical potion that is designed to help Stormy get her mojo back. However, the potion doesn't work as planned, and Stormy ends up losing control over the weather completely. The other Smurflings go on a mission to find a new ingredient that might help, but will they succeed in time to save the village from disaster?
In the second storyline, Papa Smurf and Brainy Smurf accidentally create a new Smurf – or rather, a new part of a Smurf – named Pop Out. Pop Out is a miniature version of a Smurf, and he's full of energy and mischief. He quickly becomes a beloved member of the village, but soon his energy becomes more trouble than it's worth.
Pop Out is so full of energy that he ends up causing destruction and chaos wherever he goes. Papa Smurf realizes that he needs to find a way to channel Pop Out's energy in a more positive direction before he causes more harm than good. With the help of the other Smurfs, Papa Smurf comes up with a plan to harness Pop Out's energy for good.
