Ep 6. She of Little Faith

After Reverend Lovejoy takes the church's collection plate to pay for a $100 statue of himself, Lisa Simpson becomes disillusioned with organized religion. Seeking answers, she visits various religious settings, including a Wiccan gathering, a Scientology-style group, and a Buddhist temple. Finally, she decides to convert to Buddhism, which leads to conflict with Marge, who fears for her daughter's soul. Meanwhile, Homer becomes obsessed with a new Japanese kitchen gadget, a "Santoku" knife, and spends all his time using it to prepare meals.
