Ep 6. Death of the Doctor, Part 2

In the second part of "Death of the Doctor," The Sarah Jane Adventures season 4 episode 6, the gang deals with the aftermath of the Doctor's apparent death. Sarah Jane, Clyde, and Rani are left to mourn their friend, but they soon realize that something strange is happening in their town. They encounter a group of UNIT agents who are investigating the mysterious disappearance of a nuclear missile and its warhead.

The team soon learns that the Doctor isn't really dead. He has faked his own death to prevent a group of aliens known as the Shansheeth from getting their hands on his DNA, which they need to extend their own lifespans. The aliens, along with a UNIT agent named Jo Jones (now known as Jo Grant), plan to create a duplicate of the Doctor and extract his DNA for their own purposes.

Meanwhile, Clyde and Rani discover that the nuclear missile has landed in a nearby quarry and is emitting dangerous levels of radiation. They must stop the Shansheeth from detonating the warhead and causing a catastrophic explosion.

As the team tries to stop the aliens, the Doctor reunites with Jo and they reminisce about their past adventures. Jo has aged since they last met, but she is still as adventurous as ever. With her help, the Doctor and the gang are able to thwart the Shansheeth's plan and save the day.

In the end, the Doctor says his goodbyes to his friends and promises to return soon. Sarah Jane is relieved to know that he's still out there, saving the universe. The gang returns to their normal lives, but they'll never forget the adventure they had with the Doctor and Jo Grant.
