Bradford's lifting training starts to become very demanding for him as he struggles to keep up with his fellow officers. Meanwhile, Bishop and Nolan's ongoing investigation to catch a drug lord turns intense when they find themselves face-to-face with the culprit. Chen and Harper try to help their reformee when they realize he is being targeted by dangerous people. Additionally, Officer Chen is entrusted by Bradford with a sensitive document which could potentially harm his career.
