Devon faces a difficult case involving a patient who wants to elope with her boyfriend, forcing him to examine his own beliefs about love and commitment. Bell tries to leverage his power at the hospital to secure a donation from a wealthy benefactor, while Mina and Austin become unlikely allies in a surgical case.
