The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City season 1 episode 10, titled "In Hot Water," follows the drama that has been brewing between the ladies all season long. The episode starts with the continuation of the previous episode's heated argument between Whitney and Heather. Whitney is in tears, feeling betrayed by Heather, who had previously shared her secret with the group about her relationship with her husband. Heather tries to defend herself, telling Whitney that her intentions weren't bad, but Whitney is not hearing it.
Meanwhile, Meredith and Lisa attempt to reconcile their friendship after Lisa's confession about her involvement in spreading the rumors about Meredith and her husband. The two women sit down to talk, but their conversation quickly turns sour when Lisa refuses to take responsibility for her actions. Meredith is understandably upset and doesn't want to continue attempting to fix their friendship until Lisa takes accountability.
On the other hand, Jen tries to patch things up with Mary after their argument at Beauty Lab. She reaches out to Mary and invites her to lunch, hoping to smooth things over between them. Mary is initially hesitant, but she agrees to go to lunch with Jen, and the two women talk things out. It seems like their friendship could be back on track, but with this group, nothing is ever certain.
Later in the episode, the ladies gather for a hot springs day trip, organized by Whitney. The group unwinds and relaxes in the beautiful natural hot springs, but tensions start to rise when some of the ladies begin gossiping about each other. Whitney is frustrated that the other women are belittling her relationship with her husband, while Mary is upset that Jen is talking behind her back.
As the day progresses, things come to a head when Jen accuses Meredith of betraying her trust. This leads to an explosive argument between the two women, with Jen storming off in a huff. The other ladies are left to pick up the pieces and try to calm things down.
The episode closes with tensions still high between Jen and Meredith, leaving viewers wondering if their friendship can survive this latest drama. As always, The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City delivers high-intensity drama and explosive confrontations, keeping viewers on the edge of their seats until the very end.
