In "Xmas Marks The Spot," the thirteenth episode of the first season of The Real Ghostbusters, the gang is getting into the holiday spirit when they receive an unexpected visitor. The Ghost of Christmas Past appears before them, distressed because her Brother, the Ghost of Christmas Present, has been kidnapped by the evil spirit, the Boogieman.
Determined to make things right, the Ghostbusters set out to rescue the Ghost of Christmas Present and stop the Boogieman from ruining Christmas for everyone. Their search takes them through dark and dangerous locations, as they battle the evil spirits and their minions in an effort to save the holiday.
Along the way, they encounter a host of familiar faces from Christmas lore, including Santa Claus himself, who proves instrumental in their efforts to defeat the Boogieman. With the clock ticking down, the Ghostbusters must work quickly to save the day and restore the Christmas spirit to the world.
