A young man staying at an elderly woman's apartment falls ill, and it turns out the woman accidentally gave him poison. Slava continues to prove that he is incapable of being head doctor by refusing to take care of patients and causing more feuds within the office. An elderly woman falls while trying to save one of her kittens, and once at the hospital, she tries to escape to get home to them.
