Ep 4. Bubblevision / Bought And Scold

In season 3 episode 4 of The Powerpuff Girls, titled "Bubblevision / Bought And Scold," the girls face a new challenge as they try to stop a villain named V.I.N.C.E.N.T. from taking over the world using his mind-controlling television channel. The episode begins with the girls enjoying a peaceful day in Townsville when suddenly the sky turns pink and a mysterious transmission takes over every TV screen in the city. The girls quickly realize that someone is using mind control to take over the minds of everyone who watches the channel. They rush into action and fly to V.I.N.C.E.N.T.'s secret lair, where they find out that he has created a powerful transmitter that allows him to control people's minds from afar.

Meanwhile, Mojo Jojo is also planning his next evil scheme. He decides to steal the Powerpuff Girls' powers by purchasing a machine that can harness and transfer energy. However, he soon realizes that the machine is faulty and instead of stealing the girls' powers, it causes them to transfer into various inanimate objects, including a teddy bear, a lamp, and a plant.

Back at V.I.N.C.E.N.T.'s lair, the girls try to stop him by destroying the transmitter, but they soon realize that it is impossible to do so without being affected by the mind control themselves. They must come up with a new plan and enlist the help of the Mayor, who agrees to meet with V.I.N.C.E.N.T. to negotiate a peace treaty.

As the Mayor meets with V.I.N.C.E.N.T., the girls sneak into his lair and manage to destroy the transmitter. However, before they can celebrate their victory, they realize that they have destroyed the wrong machine. V.I.N.C.E.N.T. has another transmitter, and this time it is even stronger than the first.

With no other option left, the girls must use their own minds to overcome V.I.N.C.E.N.T.'s mind control. They focus their powers and break through the mind control, freeing themselves and the rest of Townsville from V.I.N.C.E.N.T.'s grip. They then proceed to destroy the second transmitter, finally putting an end to V.I.N.C.E.N.T.'s evil plan.

As for Mojo Jojo, he soon learns that the machine he purchased only works on powerful objects, and inanimate ones will never be able to transfer their energy. He ends up wasting his money on a useless machine and goes back to scheming in his lab.

Overall, "Bubblevision / Bought And Scold" is an action-packed episode that showcases the Powerpuff Girls' determination and bravery in the face of danger. They are faced with not one, but two villains in this episode, both of whom threaten the safety of Townsville. However, the girls manage to overcome these obstacles by using their powers of teamwork and intelligence.
