Two Ranchers and Ree is the 25th episode of the 21st season of The Pioneer Woman. In this episode, Ree Drummond is joined by two ranchers who are visiting from different parts of the country.
The first rancher is from Colorado and he brings with him some delicious elk meat. Ree decides to make an Elk Tenderloin with a homemade chimichurri sauce, and serves it alongside some smashed new potatoes and a simple salad. The rancher is impressed with the meal and shares some of his adventures in Colorado with Ree.
The second rancher is from Texas and he brings with him some tasty beef ribs. Ree decides to make a Spicy BBQ Beef Rib Sandwich with pickled onions and a spicy mayo sauce. She also makes a side of Cowboy Nachos, which are loaded with beef and other toppings. The rancher is impressed with the meal and shares some of his experiences on the ranch with Ree.
Throughout the episode, Ree also shares some of her favorite ranch-related stories and memories. She talks about how she met her husband, Ladd, and how they started their life on the ranch. She also talks about some of the challenges they face on the ranch, as well as some of the joys that come with the lifestyle.
In addition to cooking and storytelling, Ree also spends time with her family and friends. She takes her nephew, Stuart, out for a ride on the ranch and even teaches him how to make some cowboy coffee. She also hangs out with her friend Hyacinth, who helps her prepare some of the food for the ranchers.
