Ep 21. Drummond Kids at the Merc

In season 15, episode 21 of The Pioneer Woman, Ree Drummond brings her kids to work at The Mercantile, the restaurant and store she owns in Pawhuska, Oklahoma. He carefully arranges the bottles in order of spiciness, then stands back to admire his handiwork. When customers start coming in, Bryce is eager to help them find whatever they're looking for. He proves to be a friendly, helpful employee, and Ree is proud of him.

Last but not least is Todd, the youngest of the Drummond kids. Ree assigns him the task of greeting customers as they come in the door. Todd is a little shy at first, but he soon gets the hang of it. He starts by saying hello to everyone who walks in, but before long, he's striking up conversations and making jokes with the customers. His natural charisma is a hit with the shoppers, and Ree can't help but smile as she watches him work.
