In "Operation: Neighbor Swap," the Penguins realize that the lemurs have valuable resources their zoo counterparts don't. They decide to set up a neighbor swap scenario, hoping that this will lead to a win-win situation for both sides. Things don't go quite as planned, however, and the Penguins find themselves in over their heads.
Meanwhile, in "Herring Impaired," the penguins come down with a case of "herring impairment," which causes them to lose their basic cognitive functions. They struggle to carry out simple tasks, and it seems like their days of being a high-functioning covert operation team are numbered.
As they try to figure out what's causing their condition, the penguins encounter a number of challenges that put their problem-solving skills to the test. With the help of their trusty friends and some unconventional thinking, they're able to get to the bottom of the issue.
The episode is filled with action, humor, and plenty of surprises. Fans of the show will enjoy seeing their favorite characters in new and unexpected situations, and new viewers will quickly come to appreciate the quirky and lovable personalities of the Penguins of Madagascar.
