The Penguins of Madagascar season 2 episode 8 is titled "Fit to Print" and begins with the penguins spying on the zoo visitors to see if any of them are violating the rules. When they notice a little girl feeding crackers to the animals, they swoop in to stop her. However, the little girl runs away and drops her notebook, which the penguins pick up and examine.
Upon realizing that the notebook is actually a newspaper with the headlines about their previous adventures, the penguins decide to create their own newspaper. They believe that their heroic deeds have not been recognized enough and that they should have more publicity. The penguins then begin to write their own articles and take pictures of themselves to publish in the newspaper.
After printing a few copies, the penguins distribute them all over the zoo. The zoo animals are all impressed by the newspaper and praise the penguins for their achievements. The penguins are happy that they finally have the recognition they deserve.
However, things take a turn for the worse when the zoo authority finds out about the newspaper. The zookeeper is furious that the penguins are publishing their own newspaper and causing chaos among the zoo animals. The zookeeper then orders the penguins to stop publishing the newspaper and take down all the copies that have been distributed.
The penguins are disappointed that their efforts have been wasted, but they decide to continue their mission. They come up with a plan to sneak into the zookeeper's office and replace his newspaper with their own. The penguins successfully sneak in and replace the newspaper. The next day, the zookeeper reads the newspaper and is impressed with the penguins' accomplishments.
With the zookeeper's approval, the penguins are allowed to continue publishing their newspaper. They become even more popular among the zoo animals and receive praise from visitors too. The episode concludes with the penguins feeling satisfied that their efforts have finally paid off, and that they have found a way to share their stories and accomplishments with the rest of the world.
