Penguiner Takes All is the eighth episode of the first season of The Penguins of Madagascar. The penguins, Skipper, Kowalski, Rico, and Private, return to the zoo after completing a mission, only to be greeted by a strange penguin who calls himself Penguiner. Penguiner is a smooth-talking, well-dressed penguin, who claims to be a long-lost cousin of the penguins. However, things take a turn for the worse when Penguiner tricks the penguins into playing a game of high-stakes poker and wins all their assets. The penguins are left with nothing but a pile of debt and the realization that Penguiner is not who he seems to be.

The episode starts with the penguins returning to the zoo, after completing a mission to steal a diamond from a nearby aquarium. They are surprised to find a new penguin in their habitat, who introduces himself as Penguiner. He claims to be a cousin from their mother's side and says that he's been traveling the world and has finally returned to the zoo to reconnect with his family.

The penguins are overjoyed to meet Penguiner and welcome him to their habitat. However, things start to take a strange turn when Penguiner puts on an expensive suit and pulls out a deck of cards, inviting the penguins to play a game of poker.

Skipper, Kowalski, Rico, and Private are hesitant at first, but Penguiner assures them that it's just a friendly game between family. However, as the game progresses, Penguiner's true nature is revealed. He's not just a smooth-talking penguin, but a cunning and calculating one as well.

Before the penguins know it, Penguiner has won all their assets, including their fish supply, their gadgets, and even their beloved TV. The penguins are left with nothing but a mountain of debt, and Penguiner disappears into the night, leaving them in a dire situation.

Determined to get their assets back, Skipper devises a plan to catch Penguiner red-handed. He sends Rico to tail Penguiner, while Kowalski and Private work on creating a trap to corner him.

As Rico follows Penguiner to a nearby jewelry store, he notices something peculiar. Penguiner isn't just a smooth-talking penguin who loves to play poker, but he's also a notorious jewel thief who's been robbing jewelry stores all across the city.

As Penguiner emerges from the jewelry store with a bag full of stolen diamonds, Rico rushes back to the habitat to alert the other penguins about Penguiner's true identity.

With the help of their newly created trap, the penguins manage to capture Penguiner and confront him about his deceit. Penguiner tries to weasel his way out of the situation, but the penguins won't budge. They demand that he returns all their assets and leaves the zoo forever.

In the end, Penguiner is forced to surrender everything he's stolen from the penguins and leave the zoo. The penguins are left with a valuable lesson in trusting others and the realization that not everyone who claims to be family is truly one.

Penguiner Takes All is an exciting and thrilling episode that is filled with twists and turns. It's a great example of the high-quality storytelling and comedy that The Penguins of Madagascar is known for. The episode is a must-watch for fans of the show and is a perfect introduction to the series for first-timers.
